For over 35 years the Baron family has created professional products to the highest standards that nobody in the world has yet surpassed. In the 70s the family company started production of the first professional refrigeration product, laying the foundation for what soon was to become the most comprehensive range of professional equipment, with an emphasis on high performance and durability using the most innovative technologies available. Over the years, the range was extended further to meet the needs of bakery and catering trade.

Growing on the basis of experience in the manufacturing of stainless steel products and the detailed knowledge of the needs of professional kitchens, the family embarks on another challenge and, in the early 80s, starts the production of a line of professional kitchen equipment that is characterized by '" reliable and robust functional design", assembled according to the most stringent European standards on safety, hygiene and reliability.

With a passion for the best ingredients and best Italian cuisine, combined with incomparable experience gained in the foodservice industry, led the next generation of the Baron family to transfer their knowledge and their professional solutions to the high end consumer kitchens with the highest standards. Thus was born project Fhiaba, a brand that combines the strength and experience of different industrial cultures to create a stunning result: a range of integrated, built in and free standing refrigerators, with added value in terms of technology, design, flexibilty and quality.
